Change how GRUB identifies installed OS

Additional Information: 

A newly installed MX-16 shows up in GRUB as "MX GNU/Linux," i.e., without version information. It is possible to use GRUB Customizer, of course, but this should not be necessary. Discussion thread:

Fixed on pre-final iso, but not as d_o suggests in the end. Instead I reverted to the fix I mentioned in my original (hack)
