Re: Removing pulseaudio MX 17alpha5

Thanks all. Looks like the least damage is done by first installing the browser of choice, then removing pulseaudio, which then removes Firefox, but still installs apulse. It does not remove MX Tools as suggested. which is good. So almost perfect, except apulse remains there, since trying to remove...

Re: Removing pulseaudio MX 17alpha5

Wouldn't doing apt-get install firefox-esr suffice? Looks like we are not on the same track :) I don't want Firefox, or Firefox ESR. Removing pulseaudio MX 17alpha5

If I want to remove pulseaudio, it removes other "dependant" packages, like Firefox. It also says it will remove MX Tools, but they don't get removed (good!). It then installs Firefox ESR and apulse. I think it should be optional to install these two packages when removing pulseaudio. It is assumed ...

Re: MX 17 Alpha3

I am running MX-17 a4 on one of my ssd drives and I am seeing better and better appearance. It looks awesome now. One thing I would like to change without changing the theme, Greybird-mx17, is buttons. They are not matching flat looking icons of Papirus icon theme, they would be much better looking ...

So based on that, Red Hat are supporting an incompetent programmer and they don't realize how incompetent he is. They think he is a genius. What a dumb multi billion dollar corporation!
