Managed to get Libreoffice 6.1.5 from Sid to at least start building by liberally applying the changes that stretch-backports did for 6.1.5~rc1. I also had to change the DEB_DISTRIBUTION conditional in debian/rules from "stretch-backports" to "mx" for it to correctly generate the right set of build-...

Re: Mouse undetected until replug

Can you run lsusb -t when it's undetected and again when it's working to see what driver it's using, then try unloading and reloading the driver with rmmod and modprobe to see if that gets it working without touching it. If that works, you could write a script that does that, put it in /usr/local/bi...

Re: I think I finally broke my laptop's WIFI module

Do any of the hotkeys, such as for brightness, work at all? There's a guide for Ubuntu that mentions having to add a kernel command at boot time to get brightness keys to work, so if you have any of those already, please let us know. https://connorkuehl.github.io/dell-inspiron-7559-linux-guide/ You ...

Re: Wifi keeps loading during youtube videos

One suggestion from the Debian wiki is to try turning off the power management in the chip, such as with sudo iwconfig wlan0 power off to see if that makes any difference. What sort of speeds do you see in monitoring the stream? A phone may not need as much bandwidth for a lower resolution video, too.

Re: Steam not working / Uploads not working
