well i don't use social media , i only use facebook for discount , or registering a site membership that have partnership with the respective social media , even then it's a faux identity with a open-source faux e-mail generator , and im not doing it on the daily driver machine ... i personally want...

A bit puzzled. Whisker menu is already installed by default. And vlc, I believe. yes , but little did i know , at that time my installer image was a bit broken , so whisker menu , vlc , and a part of Libre Office wasn't properly installed , installing them from the MX Package Installer fixed the pr...

I wonder what are people's '10 things to do after installing MX-Linux' (in this case 18.3) ? For me , i was uninstalling the games , installing whisker menu , installing nvidia driver , installing codecs , installing vlc , filetransfer , update then straight to work ... I don't take that much steps ...

afaik This Ubuntu-taking-personal-data-fiasco is a company decision (what do you call it Canon..thing) , regardless what ubuntu community said . idk About mint since it doesn't work as i hoped it will be so i ditched it after installing , but so far i haven't found data mining or indication to do so...
