not sure about using the GMT,
but have used "dpkg-reconfigure tzdata"
from a Terminal,
to change the timezone to back to UK time.

VirtualBox options might need the PAE box in machine settings checked. I missed it myself first up.

Transmission is great for me on M12
just as well on Mint 10 :cool:
