an lot of folks would not be aware that the MX Live USB Maker can be downloaded from GitHub and then run on other Linux Systems.
- - which can, actually be quite an handy tool, as it does have some extra options available

that is what is called an OEM installation & both the Ubuntu & LinuxMint installers do have that option available.
- but, not the MX-Linux installer.

since win-10 gets an face-lift every six months, or so,
then at that point, there seems to be another crowd of folks, who are dissatisfied, by that recent update.
