MX Updater not working today SOLVED

Hi. I just tried to update two of my computers this morning and the upgrader did not connect and failed to download.
I used Synaptic and it worked fine. Not sure what the hiccup was. I just thought i would report it. Perhaps I ran it too soon after logging on?

Personally I think digital textbooks are a ripoff.
Especially for college.
Give them a textbook that they can choose to keep for future reference.
