What needs to be in a Wacom article in the Wiki?

I looked at a couple of threads and snooped around the web a bit, but I don't have one myself and can't test anything. Here is the First Draft I put in as a placeholder so I can refer to it in the Manual:

You can add or change that using the Comments--thanks for any help.
