You guessed it, I am a sailor. I have tried to install OpenCPN, a chartplotter program from the Stable Repo and the MX-Test Repo without success. I would appreciate some assistance please since both Repo's don't work. I have a Toshiba Qosmio 64bit with MX-Linux 18.03 as my default OS.

More information please. First, your Quick System Info. Second, more details beyond "both Repo's don't work."Seagasm wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2019 3:01 amYou guessed it, I am a sailor. If Stevo's suggestion doesn't solve it, this could possibly be the culprit:
It appears to be a PPA of some sort??
Code: Select all
Active apt repos in: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jgeboski.list 1: deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/jgeboski/Debian_9.0/ ./
If you try
you will get more information about why it's not working, and you will be presented with a potential fix, if it's not what you want, reply no and it will look for another.
Code: Select all
aptitude install opencpn
