I just hope the MX dev team don't cave in to the craze other distros are into, which is the never-ending competition for new looks. I would rather have a stable distro than a good looking buggy one. I understand there are developers who could easily get bored and prefer to get busy working in their project endlessly. But I personally appreciate the focus on stability and security. Changes for the purpose of adding functionality is always welcome, of course. :)

MX Linux is going to break the 4000 barrier. Has that ever happened in the history of Distrowatch?

MX Linux hits 4006 Hits Per Day - 6 months average (with an upward trend). Most popular distro on Distrowatch ever I assume. Being number 1 and relatively unknown generate extra clicks, but still pretty cool to be all time DW champ. Not that I had anything to do with it, but I want to post as a reference. Maybe MX Linux will blow past 5000 too. It could happen but in that case it will take another 5 months or so. :puppy:
