MX16 - MTP problem

#1

Post by mihail_bc » Sun Feb 03, 2019 2:58 pm

Hi, I am a happy MX 16 user. So happy, that I dont feel the need to upgrade. i have bought recently an eredear, a Boyue Mimas, with USB-C type connection. And it cant connect to my linux laptop. I have installed mtp-tools, also kio-mtp and gmtp, but with no luck. If anyone can help with a simple solution I would be gratefull. Thanks.

The 2014 libraries in MX 16 might be too old to work with new 2018 hardware. Can you try a Live version of MX 18?
