This conky originated at https://pastebin.com/S88Yj0b8 which I then modified (with my very limited conky knowledge) to include the time & date,two cpu core and separate /home.
On MX I get the same numbers from both htop & conky. On antiX I get a only small difference now. htop does not measure itself as prt of the ram use... conky does count htop resource use.
