mx15.jpg
the dist as is with new wallpaper, panel 1 hidden at top and panel 2 at bottom set t0 hide intelligently. I use this system as a media server/slide show developer so I decided to not go with a conky; I keep the memory and cpu load icons in panel 1 and check them if I'm curious. I like to only see the items I use frequently and other stuff I just jump into the app menu or up to the whisker and go. Doing sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade right after install seemed to set me up without the disappearing mouse cursor I was experiencing.
