Tmux Plugin Manager and tmate

Post by darth.severus » Sun May 01, 2016 8:41 am

tmux is a great program to use, for standalone use, but especially for collaborative work. It's available in the repository. But I'd like to have tmux plugins like tmux-yank. The Tmux Plugin Manager would help a lot with that.

tmate also seems to be a greet fork of tmux. I don't need it currently, but it might be nice to have in den repo.

Tmate, as well as a newer version of tmux, are in jessie-backports, so they should be simple to port over to our repo. I'll check out the plugin manager.
